ASN Events is currently seeking both Project Managers and Project Officers.

Make a difference and join the vibrant, dynamic team. Due to exponential growth, ASN EVENTS is offering several exciting roles to develop and enhance your career within the Conference/Event Management Industry.

PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:

This full time position based at our Head Office in Fitzroy, Melbourne requires an enthusiastic individual who is looking to continue their career in the Conference/Event Management space. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of projects and will report to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing registrations
  • Venue/Stakeholder Liaison
  • Overseeing abstract submissions
  • Frontline customer interface
  • Ensure project delivery for clients, on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly
  • Have a complete understanding of the status and progress of their events
  • Keep the Team Leader informed of the status and progress of all their events
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with all their clients
  • Be able to answer all event related enquiries in a timely manner
  • Treat everyone with respect
  • Drive service delivery
  • Manage work and resources of team appropriate to event.
  • Treats everyone with respect
  • Promote internal and external relationships
  • Demonstrate self-awareness and a commitment to personal development
  • Demonstrate and encourages professionalism
  • Communicate effectively and clearly
